A transaction is any payment event ingested into FraudPulse — authorisations, captures, refunds, and chargebacks each count as one transaction. Only transactions processed within the billing period count toward your monthly limit.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. You won't be cut off — overages are billed at a small per-transaction rate until you upgrade. You can set a hard cap in settings if you prefer.
Yes. Paying annually saves you 20% compared to month-to-month billing — equivalent to getting more than 2 months free.
